I’m Erica, a beauty professional with over 14 years of experience in the industry.

My journey began at Douglas J Aveda Institute in Ann Arbor, where I discovered my passion for the artistry of hair and the confidence it can bring. What started as a way to support myself through Nursing school quickly grew into a lifelong career rooted in creativity, care, and connection.

For the past five years, I’ve proudly owned and operated my own studio, Resilience Salon, where I specialize in high-end hair services and have built lasting, meaningful relationships with my clients.

The name Resilience reflects one of my core beliefs: that we all have the power to bounce back and glow again — both personally as well as professionally.

I live in Canton, Michigan with my husband Aaron, our son Oliver, and our sassy little Chihuahua, Uno. In my free time, I love boating, biking, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends. These moments fuel my passion and inspire me to bring warmth and energy to my work every day.
